Goliath Deluxe Edge Bander

The Goliath deluxe is a portable manual edge banding machine, designed for use on curved and straight edge panels, it can also be deployed on construction sites. It is an essential piece of machinery in every workshop for all manual edge banding work, with hot melt adhesive being applied directly to the edge.

The Goliath edge bander offers great flexibility, being suitable for use with ABS, PVC, PP, PMMA and wood veneer edge bands from 0.5mm thick and up to 44mm wide. Large panels can be edged by only one person and extremely small inner and outer radii from approximately 25mm can be achieved, depending on the type of edge band to be used.

The Goliath edge banding machine has a large 330g glue container that runs using low melt adhesive granules, with a temperature control of 120-160°C and a feed rate of 4mtrs per minute.
