Fineline Touch Up Pens

Cadre Fineline touch up pens, are mainly used in the window industry for colouring mitre joints during manufacture, or for touch up on site. They are also suitable for use in the woodfinishing side as are, our standard felt dye pens.

These pens contain highly opaque lacquers specially formulated to give the perfect cover of a white joint. On site they can be more useful than lacquer pens because the tip is finer so it is possible to recreate grain marks on the woodgrain foils. Colours available specifically for the window industry are 402 Base Mahogany; 1342 Mahogany Grain; 1185 Oak/Cherry; Rosewood and of course white. However should other colours be required then it is possible for us to arrange special colour matching.

On the woodfinishing side, because of their narrower tip, they can actually be used in pairs to re-create grain patterns on any substrate and, because of the high opacity of the lacquer, can be used to cover over darker marks.
